Our client is seeking a regional CDL A Roll-Off Driver for a direct hire opportunity based in Crawfordsville, Indiana. This position involves pickups and deliveries, operating roll-off equipment, spotting boxes and trailers, and assisting with yard duties as needed.

Pay & Schedule

• $0.595 per mile
• $28 per hour when working in the yard
• $90,000 salary
• 40 hours per week
• Regional driving schedule
• Typically 1-4 stops per day
• Expected start date: August 17, 2026

Job Details

• Route type: Regional
• Freight: Roll-off boxes, dumpsters, and trailers
• Equipment: Roll-off trucks and related yard equipment
• Handling: Strap and tarp loads, operate roll-off controls, and manually lift or move up to 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities

• Make pickups and deliveries at various locations.
• Spot roll-off boxes, dumpsters, and trailers.
• Strap and tarp loads as needed.
• Operate roll-off controls.
• Couple and uncouple roll-off boxes.
• Hook and unhook air controls.
• Climb on and off trucks safely.
• Assist with general labor and equipment duties in the yard as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Ability to safely lift and manually move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb on and off trucks and perform required physical duties.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
